Yard Sale - Sat. August 6th 2011

Went out on my bike around 9:45 this morning looking for yard sales. Only found two. The first one I went to was a fundraiser for the Seattle Flying Dragsons (rowing team). A collection of tables set up in front of someone's house. Scored this sweet extension cord for copper harvesting. Looks to be at least 40 years old.  The casing is starting to break down in spots giving it potential for shorting. The bare copper strands will be used in my upcoming jewelry collection.

Hella Light Cover - Found 8/6/2011

Found this at the southbound entrance to Interstate 5, two exits north of The University of Washington on a return trip from a yard sale excursion. This is the front face of a cover that goes over off-road flood lamps on cars and trucks (http://www.hella.com).
